a relaxing stay with great hosts

The cleanliness was great, and having two rooms next to each other was perfect for the kids.

The shower nozzle was a bit problematic, spraying water outside the door, and we found the beds to be less comfortable than expected.

It was a really good stay for two nights. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, we were not far from restaurants and supermarkets and shopping and food stores. Furthermore, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Seattle Aquarium.

The room was modern, with good facilities and large bathroom, slept really well. The staff were pretty friendly throughout 2 days of our stay.

Arena court did not meet my expectations. The bed was uncomfotable and the 'spa bath' was out of order, still advertised. I even thought of leaving a good review but, no one offered me any complimentary service for these inconveniences. This is definetly not the luxury experience i imagined.

I came here for 2 nights and had a real good stay. The very very helpful and efficient staff provided all the necessary info. The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to city centre, and the bed comfortable. Besides, it was right by shopping, other North Island attractions and the stadium...

Clean, modern rooms with effective heat pumps ensuring comfort. Convenient self-catering facilities enhanced the experience for longer stays.

The full-length mirror is awkwardly positioned too close to the bed. The spa bath jets were inadequately cleaned, which required multiple flushes before it felt acceptable to use. There were also concerns about safety due to local reports of undesirable activity in the area, heightening worries about having a baby with us.

The staff was super friendly, always checking in on us. Our room was clean and had a handy kitchenette. The location was ideal for exploring the area, close to lots of spots.

Noise from nearby events can get a bit loud at times.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

I had a great experience during my visit, especially appreciating the location, which was perfect for attending the nearby rugby game. The room was tidy, comfortable, and the shower pressure was fantastic. the front office was not always accessible, which made check-in and check-out a bit less convenient.

The Arena Court Motel impressed with its great location and cleanliness. The kitchenette was quite handy for early breakfasts, and staff were accommodating, adjusting my room to meet my needs. Ample parking is a plus! A pleasant experience worth repeating.

Great base for exploring local spots, we really enjoyed visiting the art gallery and the beautiful parks nearby. The 32-inch LCD television made our evenings entertaining after a day out. Plus, the rooms were modern and comfortable.

One small issue was the breakfast service. We found it a bit slow despite it being enjoyable when it arrived.
